{Lollipop Lane} Preview

We have been trying to schedule these for so long, but it was worth the wait! What a cutie! Here's a preview...



The one below is one of my favorites from the shoot. Smiles are fun too, but there is something so beautiful to me with a shot like this one.


I LOVED her shoes! Aren't the darling?

This is one of my favorites, even though she looks so forlorn. Maybe that's why I love it. I love how raw children are with their emotions. Her face says,"I am so done with this". You'd never know this was near the beginning of our shoot, would you? I can't help but giggle every time I see this photo. It's just full of toddler emotion. :)

Here are a couple with a "vintage" feel. Look at that expression! So intent.

Steph & Jay

Steph and Jay are getting married in October and wanted to do some engagement photos to have for gifts to their parents. They are such a laid back, fun couple. I think these photos reflect that spirit well.

Kari and Kyle were so much fun to work with! They were totally into the shots and as a result, they turned out great. Enjoy.

{Anticipation}

I was there to capture Kari getting ready and to do their couple portraits. I decided to separate everything into two posts. Here is the morning as it unfolded....


It was so fun watching Kari get ready for the big day, especially right before the big reveal. She was nervous and beautiful. It was so fun. Kyle of course, was wowed. How could he not be?

It has taken awhile for me to get these up. Only half of the shoot was posted earlier. I love them though! It's a crazy mix of stunning and hilarious shots. This first one might be my favorite, though it's hard for me to choose.







The wind was absolutely out of control and along with it, took Katie's hair. We had so much fun with these!
